Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all sales and dealings between Colour and Colour (the "Company") and its customers, dealers, or distributors (the "Buyer"). By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All products are subject to availability and are provided as per specifications listed on packaging or official communications. The Company reserves the right to make changes in formulation or packaging without prior notice, while ensuring equivalent or superior performance.
3. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, freight, or handling charges unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders and Delivery
Orders must be placed in writing or through authorized channels.
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided but are not guaranteed.
The Company is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, transport issues, or force majeure events.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made as per the agreed terms (advance, credit period, etc.).
Delayed payments may incur interest or penalties at prevailing rates.
The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery or cancel orders in case of non-payment or outstanding dues.
6. Returns and Claims
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly supplied goods and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Goods once opened or used will not be accepted for return.
All claims must be accompanied by the invoice and batch details.
7. Warranty & Liability
Our paints are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use.
The Company’s liability is limited to product replacement or refund at its discretion.
No warranty is expressed or implied for improper storage, surface preparation, or application not as per standard procedures.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, product names, and designs remain the intellectual property of Colour and Colour and may not be reproduced without written permission.
